What is the process for receiving and downloading a Share Safe file?

 

1. You will receive an email from an RGC team member’s email address that will include a section that begins “The following files have been securely shared with you” and will list all the shared files.You will see a reminder that “The listed files will be available for download for [30] days from the date this email was sent,” along with some additional information.
    

2. You will receive a second email, but this one will come from DoNotReply@cch.com. We recommend that you add this to your “allowed” list so that it is not stored in your Junk E-mail folder.If the first email has already been received but you do not see this second email, please check your Junk E-mail or Spam folder.
    

3. You should click the link in the second email that says “Click here to authenticate your identity.”The remaining instructions are in that email but are also below.
    

4. Your browser will open to a page prompting you to select an authentication method. You will have either one or two methods from which to choose, depending on how the RGC team member sent the initial email.Choose your preferred (or only) option and a code will be sent via that method.
    

5. The Web page show you an “Enter the code” screen.
    

6. Find the code that was sent either via email, a text message, or as a voice message (based on your choice), enter the code on the Web page, and click the button.
    

7. You should now see the file or list of files on the Web page.
    

8. Click the check box beside a file and click the button to begin the download.You can click multiple files at once.
    

9. Save the files on your computer at a location of your choosing.
