Audit and Accounting Services

We serve many clients as an independent auditor. In that capacity, we examine our clients' financial statements and review accounting methods and measurements, fairness of presentation and adequacy of disclosure within the parameters of generally accepted accounting principles. In all areas of our involvement, we suggest modifications in accounting methods and other management systems to strengthen financial controls and increase profitability through techniques of managing such items as inventory, accounts receivable and cash.

In addition, in instances where an audit is not required, we provide compilation and review services, also in accordance with professional standards. For other clients, monthly client accounting services are provided to assist with bookkeeping, payroll and other accounting needs.
